Legal Boundary
Fast-lane travel is restricted to vetted express routes. Access is voided during poor visibility or whenever safety metrics fail to meet legal codes. Repeated violations or misuse of SPEEDPASS (such as using it outside designated highways/bypasses or ignoring safety restrictions) may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of SPEEDPASS access under a three-strike policy.
